HOW TO GET TO GDANSK

BY PLANE

The best mean of transport is a plane. Gdansk is very well-connected with the whole world. You can travel with:

  • Finnair (via Helsinki),
  • KLM (via Amsterdam),
  • LOT (via Warsaw),
  • Lufthansa (via Munich and via Frankfurt),
  • SAS (via Copenhagen),
  • Swissair (via Zürich),
  • and with low-cost airlines from many European cities.

BY CAR

Gdansk is very well reachable by a system of motorways (A) and express roads (S).

You can comfortably travel by car to Gdansk from the following directions:

  • Berlin (A2, S5, A1 or S6),
  • Bratislava and Vienna (A1),
  • Prague (S3, A4, S5, A1),
  • Warsaw (S7),
  • and the Baltic countries (S61, 16, S7).

BY TRAIN

BY FERRY

From Sweden, it is possible to travel by ferry. There are two connections: Nynäshamn to Gdansk, and Karlskrona to Gdynia (neighbouring city) offered by POLLFERIES and STENALINE respectively.
