PAYMENT REGULATIONS

I. General provisions

Foundation for the Development of the University of Gdańsk (FRUG) hereinafter referred to as “Seller” is the co-organizer of the EUROCARB22 conference responsible for financial services.

The condition for participation in the above-mentioned conference is the payment of the conference fee.

II. Payment methods

Conference fee can be paid by bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Payments in EURO and PLN (polish participants) are accepted.
Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation.

Online payment:
Online payment by bank card on behalf of the Seller is operated and secured by Autopay. The Seller’s website only receives information about the status of the transaction. The Seller does not receive information about the card number or the CVV code used to authorize the card.

Order processing time in case of card payment: if the participant chooses the payment method by electronic payment or payment card – from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account.

III. Cancellation policy

Cancellation has to be made in writing to the Conference secretariat (Contact page).

  • A consumer who has concluded a distance contract or an off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from it without providing any reason within 14 days.
  • Until May 15th, 2025 – reimbursement of the registration fee, minus 20% of handling charges, will be made,
  • From May 16th to June 15th – reimbursement of the registration fee, minus 50% of handling charges, will be made,
  • June 16th – after this date, or if registrants fail to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund can be made. 

IV. Final Provisions

By placing an order via the website https://www.eurocarb2025.com/, the participant declares that she/he has read the Regulations and accepts its terms in full.

Each participant should register individually.

You can choose  payment method.

Bank transfer: Please use the bank transfer details provided in the registration confirmation email or listed above in section II. Payment methods.

Online payment:  Please use the ONLINE PAYMENT button below.

The first step in the online payment process is the online store, where you need to select the type and quantity of the goods you wish to purchase. Before proceeding to payment, ensure that the selected items and their quantities match those specified during registration (as indicated in the registration email confirmation).

Group payment options

Bank transfer. Each participant registers separately using “REGISTRATION” button. Then, a single bank transfer should be made for the total amount corresponding to the sums shown in the email registration confirmations of the interested participants. In the payment reference field, the first and last names of the participants for whom the payment is being made should be entered.

Online payment. Interested participants fill out the “REGISTRATION” form. Then, one of the participants (the credit card holder) selects “ONLINE PAYMENT” button. After being redirected to the online store, all products should be added in the quantity selected during registration (for all interested participants together). On the next page, billing information must be provided. The first and last names of all participants should be entered in Order notes (“Additional information” section on the right side).
