Payments
If you place a payment order through our Online Payment System you will be redirected to our Payment Operator (Autopay: https://autopay.eu, https://autopay.pl), where you will be able to choose convenient payment method.
The payment will be processed and transferred to our Payment Collector: Foundation for the Development of the University of Gdansk (PL: Fundacjq Rozwoju Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego, https://frug.ug.edu.pl/en/home/).
After making a payment, you will receive an additional email from our Payment Operator about the status of this payment as well as links to your order summary. It is very important to keep this message, as it is a confirmation of payment and will facilitate potential claims.
E-mail confirmations
After placing an order for online payment and after making an online payment, you will receive separate emails confirming these facts.
Keep these emails for future claims and complaints.
If you have not received any emails related to online payments – contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. You will find the appropriate contact addresses on the Contact page.
